Meet Our Staff

Jon Poetker is the General Manager and contractor of JLP Homes. He began building homes in 1997. Jon draws all of our preliminary plans in house. With his many years of experience he has come up with many of our plans signature features.

Jon and your design consultant, either Nola or Heidi, are your main points of contact through your entire building process!

Maggie is our accounting Rockstar. She works part time in addition to being enrolled in the Running stat program at SWIC.

Heidi is our second design consultant in the office. She and Nola work in tandem taking over various projects and working alongside Jon, our general manager and contractor. Heidi started in June of 2021.

She lives in O'Fallon, IL and takes lead on many of the jobs we start over that way.

Nola is the lead design Consultant for JLP Homes. She started working for JLP in October of 2018, she has 5 years experience in her role. She keeps us up to date on software, and also manages our website and social media accounts.

Nola will graduate in May of 2023 with a degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design with a specialty in Architecture.
